How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 AI photo-to-square-face generation (returns up to 4 variations).
- Editor use, random mixes and 256/512 px PNG downloads never use credits.
- Monthly Pro credits reset on each renewal date and do not roll over.
- Yearly Pro credits are available upfront and expire at the end of the billing year.
- Creator Pack credits never expire.
Secure payments and delivery
- Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal over encrypted connections. We never see or store your full card number.
- Everything is digital: credits and Pro features activate instantly after payment, and a receipt is emailed to you.

Questions about paying
Is the Creator Pack a subscription?
No. The Creator Pack is a single one-time payment of $4.99. You will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro Monthly is billed $7.99 every month and Pro Yearly $59 every year, starting on the day you subscribe. Both renew automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel Pro?
Use the manage-subscription link in your receipt email or email support@raveelo.shop. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Creator Packs: full refund within 14 days if no credits were used. Pro: full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you used 10 credits or fewer. See the Refund Policy for details.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
