1. Accepting these Terms
By using the Service or making a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Raveelo is an online avatar maker. It includes:
- Free editor: create square face avatars from our hand-drawn parts and download PNG files at 256 px and 512 px.
- Paid features: AI photo-to-square-face generations (paid with credits), HD PNG export up to 2048 px, SVG export, batch export and a commercial use license, depending on your plan.
We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have already paid for, we will offer a pro-rated refund.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
4. Plans, prices and payment

The price, billing interval and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment. Payments are processed by our payment partners Stripe and PayPal, subject to their own terms. We do not receive or store your full card number. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown.
5. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly are subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If we change a subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Credits
- One credit pays for one AI photo generation, which returns up to 4 variations.
- Creator Pack credits never expire. Monthly Pro credits reset on each renewal date and do not roll over. Yearly Pro credits are available upfront and expire at the end of the billing year.
- If a generation fails for technical reasons, the credit is returned automatically.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are not refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time we may offer promotions, such as discount codes or introductory prices. Unless the promotion states otherwise:
- Each promotion shows its discount, eligible plans and end date where it is offered.
- Discounts apply to the first payment or first billing period only; renewals are charged at the regular price shown on the Pricing page.
- Codes are limited to one per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases.
- We may end a promotion early or refuse codes obtained through fraud or abuse.
9. Your avatars and license
The artwork parts (hair, eyes, clothing, backgrounds, etc.) are owned by Raveelo. When you create an avatar, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the resulting image as follows:
- Free and Creator Pack: personal, non-commercial use, such as profile pictures on social networks, gaming, chat and community platforms.
- Pro (while subscribed at the time of export): commercial use, including brand mascots, streaming overlays, client work, marketing and merchandise. The license for avatars exported during an active subscription continues after cancellation.
You may not: resell or redistribute the individual parts as an asset pack, template or competing avatar tool; claim exclusive ownership of the parts; or register an avatar made from our parts as a trademark. Because parts are shared, other users may create similar avatars.
10. AI Photo uploads
When you upload a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission from the person shown (and from a parent or guardian if that person is a minor). You grant us a limited license to process the photo solely to generate your avatar. Photos are deleted from processing storage within 24 hours and are never used to train AI models. AI output may be imperfect; review results before using them.
11. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, including fraud, abuse of refunds or credits, or unlawful content.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, parts, illustrations, logos and the Raveelo name, is owned by Raveelo and protected by intellectual property laws. Raveelo is an independent product and is not affiliated with any other square face or avatar generator.
13. Legal and export restrictions
The Service may not be used by, or sold to, persons or entities in countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or who appear on government restricted-party lists. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to your use of the Service.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raveelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. If we terminate a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your payment.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes affecting paying customers, notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raveelo is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
