1. Refund eligibility

The free editor and free PNG downloads do not involve any payment and therefore have nothing to refund.
2. Always refunded
- Duplicate charges or charges made in error: refunded in full.
- Technical failure: if a paid feature does not work and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, we refund the affected purchase.
- Failed AI generations are returned as credits automatically.
- Forgotten renewal: if you email us within 48 hours of an unexpected renewal charge and have not used credits since, we refund it.
3. Not refundable
- Creator Packs where credits have been used, or requests after the 14-day window.
- Pro Monthly renewal payments (other than the 48-hour forgotten-renewal case above).
- Accounts terminated for breaching our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. How to request a refund
- Email support@raveelo.shop from the address you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund request".
- Include your receipt number or the date and amount of the charge.
- We confirm eligibility within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal) within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. Refunded credits and Pro features are removed when the refund is processed. There are no fees for refunds.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within one business day, which is faster than a bank dispute. If you do open a dispute with your bank or PayPal, we will respond with the relevant transaction records.
6. Consumer rights
Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, customers in the EEA and UK acknowledge at checkout that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once the digital content is supplied. We nevertheless honor the refund windows above. This policy does not limit any other rights you have under applicable consumer law. See also our Cancellation Policy.
