2. Order confirmation
After payment you receive an email receipt from Stripe or PayPal with the amount charged, the plan purchased and, for subscriptions, the next renewal date. Keep it for your records; it also contains your manage-subscription link.
3. Delivery problems
If your purchase is not active within 1 hour of payment, first check your spam folder for the receipt, then email support@raveelo.shop with your receipt. We will activate it manually or refund you in full, as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Availability
The Service is available worldwide through a modern web browser, except in regions listed as restricted in our Terms of Service. No software download is required.
