What is a square face generator?
A square face generator is an avatar maker that builds a cute character with a square-shaped head. You pick a hairstyle, eyes, mouth, glasses, hats and clothes, choose colors, and download the result as a profile picture. Raveelo is a modern, hand-drawn take on the classic square face icon makers from the Flash era.
Is the Raveelo square face generator free?
Yes. The full editor, every part, random mixes and PNG downloads at 256 px and 512 px are free with no sign-up and no watermark. Paid plans add AI photo-to-avatar credits, HD export up to 2048 px, SVG export and a commercial license.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is needed to design and download a square face avatar. The editor runs entirely in your browser.
Can I use my square face avatar on Discord, TikTok, X or Twitch?
Absolutely. Free downloads are licensed for personal use, which covers profile pictures on Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, Slack and gaming platforms.
Can I use my avatar commercially?
Commercial use (brand mascots, merchandise, paid products, client work) requires an active Pro plan at the time you create and export the avatar. See our Terms of Service for the full license.
How does AI photo-to-square-face work?
Upload a clear photo of a face, pick a style, and our AI suggests square face avatars that match your hairstyle, glasses and colors. Each generation uses 1 credit. You can then fine-tune the result in the editor.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Photos are used only to generate your avatar, are never used to train AI models, and are automatically deleted from our processing storage within 24 hours. The regular editor never uploads anything.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Creator Packs are refundable within 14 days if no credits were used. Subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the first charge if 10 or fewer credits were used. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What file formats can I download?
Free users get PNG files at 256 px and 512 px. Creator Pack and Pro users can also export HD PNG at 1024 px and 2048 px, plus a scalable SVG vector file.
Does the square face avatar have a transparent background?
Choose the Transparent background option in the Background tab and your PNG will be exported with a transparent background.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us from the address used at checkout or use the manage-subscription link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.
How are purchases delivered?
Everything is digital. Credits and Pro features are activated instantly after a successful payment and a receipt is emailed to you. Nothing is shipped physically.
Is Raveelo affiliated with the original square face icon maker?
No. Raveelo is an independent product inspired by the square face avatar style. All of our parts are original artwork drawn by our team.
How do I share an avatar I made?
Click Copy link in the editor. The link stores your exact combination of parts and colors, so anyone who opens it sees your avatar and can remix it.
