No further personal data collected is processed as:
a. Name, surname, initials, title, gender, date of birth, address, zip code, place of residence, telephone number and similar data required for the communication of the person concerned;
b. Data relating to the information to be sent and transmitted;
c.Other additional data necessary to maintain contact with the data subjects.

The processing does not result in any special data categories in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

The personal data will only be disclosed to those sponsors who are responsible for communicating with the data subject or who are in direct contact or in contact with the data subject.

The personal data will be deleted at the request of the data subject or at the latest two years after termination of the business relationship with the data subject, unless the personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation to retain data.
